Dana White Open To Five-Round Non-Title Fights
UFC President Dana White told a crowd of fans after the UFC 129 press conference that despite suggesting for years that five-round fights should only be title fights, his stance appears to be changing. Now other non-title main events may receive the same treatment. In terms of what criteria will define what non-title main events do and don’t get five rounds, we don’t yet know. But if this video is any indication, the fans’ voice is as important as anyone on the UFC’s executive team.
