With the myriad of issues facing Chael Sonnen, and his participation as a potential coach of the upcoming season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) in serious doubt, a few fighters have started campaigning to take his slot.

First it was "Mayhem" Miller, who simply wanted to coach opposite Michael Bisping, who was already rumored for a spot on the popular Spike TV reality show.

Now it's former TUF winner Diego Sanchez throwing his hat in the ring and he's got his eye on an explosive personality to clash against on TV before meeting in the Octagon -- Strikeforce Welterweight Champion Nick Diaz:

"@danawhite me and Nick Diaz for tuf coaches I think we have earned it. Our fight chemistry will forever be epic! Our rivalary would be LOCO! ... To all my followers let's push for me and Nick Diaz as tuf coaches I know the fans want it again."

Diaz just dispatched Paul Daley on April 9 in San Diego via first round technical knockout in an impressive title-retaining performance. Sanchez is coming off a controversial decision win over Martin Kampmann just last month.

Should UFC brass pair them off for a second time in a rematch of an epic war at The Ultimate Fighter 2 Finale? Anyone planning on joining "The Dream's" initiative and Twitter bombing Dana White to make this happen?
