Notable ex-wife Kim Couture has officially entered the "abusing personal assistants" stage of her career — a critical step in the path to divahood. As first reported by MMANewsLeak.com, the MMA pioneer (in her own mind) got into a little dust up on Friday that ended with her cooling off in jail on domestic violence charges:

Sources report that Ms. Couture allegedly got into a heated argument with her personal assistant at the home which they share and when police officers arrived at the scene, Ms. Couture was choking her personal assistant and that the personal assistant had visible signs of abuse. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police took Ms. Couture into custody and booked into Clark County Detention Center. Sources also allege that Ms. Couture and her personal assistant got into a heated argument on Friday at UFC Fan Expo at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada...

Ms. Couture posted bail and has been released from the Clark County Detention Center and is training today at her all-female gym. She is also in the process of opening an all-female MMA gym where female fighters can train and assembling an all-female fight team known as the Vixen Crew. It has also been rumored that Ms. Couture is in the process of filming a reality show based upon the fighting exploits of the Vixen Crew.

Legitimate question: What does Kim Couture need a personal assistant for? Is counting Randy's money more than a one-person job? Though this story was later confirmed by Five Ounces, we haven't yet been able to find an arrest report or a local news report from Vegas — even TMZ is eerily quiet — so there's really not much more we can tell you at this point. MiddleEasy is assuming that the personal assistant/housemate is a dude, but even that is unclear. The only thing we know for sure is that Kim's reality show is going to be epic. Seriously, with a name like "The Vixen Crew," how could it not be good for women's MMA?
